30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since you received your order, we are unfortunately unable to offer a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- In the same condition as when you received it
- Unworn and unused, with all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Your rights as an EU customer
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.
Your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with all original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund to your account. When Can You Cancel?
Before your order is fulfilled
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled and dispatched. Once we receive your cancellation request, we will stop the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
To give yourself the best chance of a successful cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
After your order has been fulfilled
Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you are welcome to return the item once it arrives under our 30-day return policy.

The 200 density human hair responds to heat tools exactly like naturally grown hair: use a flat iron for a sleek, structured bob, a curling wand for a soft, voluminous wave, or wear it in its natural state for an effortless everyday look. Apply a heat protectant before any heat styling to preserve the hair quality and colour integrity.
Care Instructions
- Wash with a sulphate-free shampoo and cool water — human hair benefits from gentle, colour-safe products to maintain quality and colour vibrancy
- Apply a moisturising conditioner from mid-length to ends — avoid the lace panel to preserve the lace integrity
- Allow to air dry naturally on a wig stand — the human hair will dry in its natural state; style once dry with heat tools as preferred
- Detangle with a wide-tooth comb or paddle brush on dry hair, starting from the ends and working upward
- Clean the lace front gently with a cotton pad and adhesive remover after each wear to maintain the lace integrity and the natural hairline appearance
- Use a heat protectant before heat-styling at temperatures above 180°C to preserve the hair quality and colour integrity

How to Measure Yourself
Bust / Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor and relaxed — not tight.
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the navel.
Hips
Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, approximately 20cm below the waist.
Foot Length
Stand on a flat surface and measure from the back of your heel to the tip of your longest toe in centimetres.
💡 Tip: If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit. All Millivan garments are cut to international sizing standards.
