Every Millivan order ships worldwide at no cost — no minimums, no exceptions. Delivered to your door, wherever you are in the world.
Shipping Options
💡 Many orders arrive ahead of the estimated timeframe, depending on destination and carrier performance. Estimated delivery dates are displayed on each product page for your reference.
Order Processing
When does my order ship?
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Orders confirmed before end of business day are typically processed the same day
- Orders confirmed later may be processed the following business day
- You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched

International Shipping
Customs, duties & taxes
Millivan ships to 190+ countries worldwide. Depending on your destination, your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes imposed by your country’s government. These charges are not included in your order total and, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
Many destinations receive orders without any additional charges. If you are unsure about your country’s import regulations, we recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing your order.
📦 We deliver to P.O. boxes in most countries. Availability may vary depending on your destination and the carrier serving your region.
Delivery Issues
Package not received
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours at Support@millivansupplies.com. We will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and item and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will assess the situation and make it right without delay.
Address changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at Support@millivansupplies.com. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been dispatched, so please act as quickly as possible.
