Delivery

Shipping & Tracking

Yes — every Millivan order ships worldwide at absolutely no cost. No minimum order, no hidden fees, no exceptions. We offer two shipping options: Express (3–7 business days) and Standard (20–30 business days), both completely free. Many orders arrive ahead of the estimated timeframe depending on your location and carrier performance.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to follow your package directly on the carrier’s website. If you have not received tracking information within 2–3 business days of your order, please contact us at Support@millivansupplies.com and we will look into it immediately.

We ship to 190+ countries worldwide — all with free shipping. Depending on your destination, your order may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by your government. Many destinations receive orders without any additional charges. We also deliver to P.O. boxes in most countries, subject to carrier availability in your region.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Returns

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with all original tags and packaging. To initiate a return:

  • Contact us at Support@millivansupplies.com with your order number and reason for return
  • We will send you a return shipping label and clear instructions
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 10 business days

The most efficient way to exchange an item is to return the original piece and place a new order once your return has been approved. Our team will guide you through every step of the process.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at Support@millivansupplies.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve the matter immediately and at no cost to you.
