We offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since you received your order, we are unfortunately unable to offer a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- In the same condition as when you received it
- Unworn and unused, with all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.
Your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with all original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund to your account. When Can You Cancel?
Before your order is fulfilled
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled and dispatched. Once we receive your cancellation request, we will stop the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
To give yourself the best chance of a successful cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
After your order has been fulfilled
Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you are welcome to return the item once it arrives under our 30-day return policy.

The 13×4 lace front allows any parting position across the full width of the hairline — centre, left, right, or anywhere between — giving La Lisse Frontale the most styling freedom of any straight wig in the collection. The straight silhouette is most architectural in natural light, the clean line reading as precise and considered in every setting. Higher density options (180%, 210%) create a fuller, more voluminous silhouette. Can be heat-styled to waves or curls for a completely different look. Use colour-safe, sulphate-free products to preserve the natural colour and the lace front integrity.
Care Instructions
- Wash with colour-safe, sulphate-free shampoo and cool water to preserve the natural colour and the hand woven lace construction
- Apply a moisturising conditioner from mid-length to ends — avoid the 13×4 lace front panel to preserve the hand-tied construction integrity
- Allow to air dry naturally on a wig stand — the straight silhouette will reset as it dries; a light brush-through while damp maintains the sleek line
- Detangle gently with a wide-tooth comb or paddle brush on damp hair, starting from the ends and working upward — the hand woven lace requires gentle handling at the hairline

How to Measure Yourself
Bust / Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor and relaxed — not tight.
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the navel.
Hips
Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, approximately 20cm below the waist.
Foot Length
Stand on a flat surface and measure from the back of your heel to the tip of your longest toe in centimetres.
💡 Tip: If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit. All Millivan garments are cut to international sizing standards.
