When Can You Cancel?

Before your order is fulfilled

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled and dispatched. Once we receive your cancellation request, we will stop the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

After your order has been fulfilled

Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you are welcome to return the item once it arrives under our 30-day return policy.

The 4/27 dégradé is the colour decision: a warm brown root (colour 4) that transitions seamlessly into honey blonde (colour 27) at the mid-length and tips, creating a dimensional, sun-kissed ombre that reads as warm and luminous in every light. Care Instructions

  • Wash with colour-safe, sulphate-free shampoo and cool water to preserve the 4/27 colour gradient and the human hair quality
  • Apply a moisturising conditioner from mid-length to ends — avoid the 13×4 lace front panel to preserve the lace integrity
  • Allow to air dry naturally on a wig stand — the straight silhouette will reset as it dries; a light brush-through while damp maintains the smooth finish
  • Detangle gently with a wide-tooth comb or soft paddle brush on damp hair, starting from the ends and working upward — the honey blonde tips are the most delicate part of the colour and require gentle handling
  • The 13×4 lace front should be cleaned gently with a cotton pad and adhesive remover after each wear to maintain the lace integrity and the natural hairline appearance
