Delivery Issues
Package not received
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours at Support@millivansupplies.com. We will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and item and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will assess the situation and make it right without delay.
Address changes

30-Day Return Policy
Our commitment to you
We offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since you received your order, we are unfortunately unable to offer a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- In the same condition as when you received it
- Unworn and unused, with all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Your rights as an EU customer
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.
Your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with all original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
How and when you are refunded
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund to your account. When Can You Cancel?
Before your order is fulfilled
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled and dispatched. Once we receive your cancellation request, we will stop the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
To give yourself the best chance of a successful cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
After your order has been fulfilled
Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you are welcome to return the item once it arrives under our 30-day return policy.

Coussin Nordique
A Nordic knotted ball decorative pillow built for the sofa, the armchair, and the bed. The knotted ball design — a sculptural detail at the centre of the pillow face — gives it a three-dimensional quality that flat-printed cushions don’t have. The high-elastic crystal velvet cover is soft, smooth, and resilient — it holds its shape and surface quality through regular use. The PP cotton fill is dense enough to maintain the pillow’s form and soft enough to compress comfortably as a back or lumbar support. Plain colour, no pattern — the knotted ball detail is the design. On the sofa — The 35×35cm size is compact enough to layer with larger cushions without overwhelming the sofa surface. Position the knotted ball face outward — it’s the detail that makes the pillow look intentional. Care Instructions
- Spot clean the crystal velvet cover with a damp cloth — do not submerge or machine wash the full pillow
- If the cover is removable, hand wash cold and air dry flat — do not tumble dry
- Do not iron directly on the crystal velvet surface — steam from a distance if needed
- Fluff the PP cotton fill regularly to maintain shape and loft
- Store flat in a cool, dry space — avoid compression to maintain the knotted ball detail and fill structure

How to Measure Yourself
Bust / Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor and relaxed — not tight.
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the navel.
Hips
Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, approximately 20cm below the waist.
Foot Length
Stand on a flat surface and measure from the back of your heel to the tip of your longest toe in centimetres.
💡 Tip: If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit. All Millivan garments are cut to international sizing standards.
