Delivery Issues
Package not received
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours at Support@millivansupplies.com. We will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and item and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will assess the situation and make it right without delay.
Address changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at Support@millivansupplies.com. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been dispatched, so please act as quickly as possible.

30-Day Return Policy
Our commitment to you
We offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since you received your order, we are unfortunately unable to offer a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- In the same condition as when you received it
- Unworn and unused, with all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
⚠️ Items sent back without first requesting a return through our team will not be accepted. Please always contact us before shipping anything back.

Exchanges
The most efficient way to exchange an item is to return the original piece and place a new order once your return has been approved. Our team is available to guide you through the process at every step.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that cannot be returned
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
- Custom or personalised products made to order
- Sale items and final clearance pieces
- Gift cards

14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Your rights as an EU customer
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.
Your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with all original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
How and when you are refunded
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at Support@millivansupplies.com and we will investigate immediately.

We understand that plans change. Here is everything you need to know about cancelling or modifying your Millivan order.
When Can You Cancel?
Before your order is fulfilled
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled and dispatched. Once we receive your cancellation request, we will stop the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
To give yourself the best chance of a successful cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
After your order has been fulfilled
Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you are welcome to return the item once it arrives under our 30-day return policy.

How to Measure Yourself
Bust / Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor and relaxed — not tight.
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the navel.
Hips
Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, approximately 20cm below the waist.
Foot Length
Stand on a flat surface and measure from the back of your heel to the tip of your longest toe in centimetres.
💡 Tip: If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit. All Millivan garments are cut to international sizing standards.
