You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled and dispatched. Once we receive your cancellation request, we will stop the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

After your order has been fulfilled

Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you are welcome to return the item once it arrives under our 30-day return policy.

Care Instructions

  • Wipe the PU upper clean with a soft damp cloth after each wear — avoid soaking the material or using harsh chemical cleaners that can damage the PU surface or finish
  • For the velvet lining (velvet expressions), brush gently with a soft brush to maintain the velvet texture — avoid pressing hard into the velvet which can flatten the pile
  • Allow to air dry naturally away from direct heat or sunlight to preserve the PU upper and prevent colour fading
  • Store in a cool, dry place to preserve the wedge sole and PU quality during storage — store upright to maintain the platform shape
  • The waterproof platform is self-maintaining — a light application of PU protector spray periodically will extend the surface quality and protect against moisture and scuffing
