Styling Notes

Making the bed — For a European hotel-style finish, fold the top of the quilt cover back 30–35cm over the duvet insert and layer the two pillowcases at the head of the bed. The silk embroidery on the quilt cover reads best when the cover is smooth and flat — pull the bed sheet taut before placing the quilt cover so the embroidery pattern lies flat and the silk thread catches the light correctly.

Deep tones (Dark Blue, Dark Green) — The most dramatic colourways in the range. Keep surrounding textiles simple — white or cream walls, plain throw pillows, minimal furniture. The silk embroidery on a deep ground is the statement; everything else should step back.
