Delivery Issues
Package not received

30-Day Return Policy
Our commitment to you
We offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since you received your order, we are unfortunately unable to offer a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- In the same condition as when you received it
- Unworn and unused, with all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Your rights as an EU customer
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.
Your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with all original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
How and when you are refunded
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund to your account. When Can You Cancel?
Before your order is fulfilled
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled and dispatched. Once we receive your cancellation request, we will stop the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
To give yourself the best chance of a successful cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
After your order has been fulfilled
Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you are welcome to return the item once it arrives under our 30-day return policy.

Styling Note
La Tresse Synthétique is designed to be worn as-is — the braid is the style, and the style is complete. The front lace can be customised with a light-hold edge gel for the most natural, most polished finish. The four braids can be worn loose, pinned up, or gathered for different looks — the braided construction is versatile enough to work for everyday wear, professional settings, and special occasions without any restyling. Note: synthetic fibre cannot be heat-styled or coloured — the colour is pre-set and colour-fast.
Care Instructions
- Wash gently with cool water and a diluted sulphate-free shampoo — do not rub or scrub the braids; squeeze gently to work the shampoo through the braid construction
- Rinse thoroughly with cool water — product build-up in the synthetic braid construction can cause the braids to lose their definition over time
- Allow to air dry completely on a wig stand before wearing — the braided construction takes longer to dry than loose hair styles; do not use a hair dryer on synthetic fibre
- Do not use heat tools on La Tresse Synthétique — synthetic fibre is not heat-compatible and will be permanently damaged by heat styling tools
- The front lace should be cleaned gently with a cotton pad and adhesive remover after each wear to maintain the lace integrity and the natural hairline appearance
- Store on a wig stand or in a silk bag — the braided construction holds its shape best when stored without compression or folding

How to Measure Yourself
Bust / Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor and relaxed — not tight.
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the navel.
Hips
Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, approximately 20cm below the waist.
Foot Length
Stand on a flat surface and measure from the back of your heel to the tip of your longest toe in centimetres.
💡 Tip: If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit. All Millivan garments are cut to international sizing standards.
