When Can You Cancel?

Before your order is fulfilled

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled and dispatched. Once we receive your cancellation request, we will stop the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

After your order has been fulfilled

Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you are welcome to return the item once it arrives under our 30-day return policy.

Styling Notes

Making the bed — For a luxury finish, dress the bed in sequence: fitted sheet first, pulled taut at all four corners. Then the flat sheet, folded back 30–35cm at the head of the bed. Then the duvet cover, centred and smoothed flat. Position the pillowcases at the head of the bed — smooth and plump, with well-filled pillow inserts to maintain the shape. The seven-piece set is designed to be used in full — every piece contributes to the composed, editorial quality of the finished bed.

The composed bed — The Ensemble is designed for the bed that is made properly. Use all seven pieces together for the full effect — the coordinated set reads as a single, deliberate decision rather than an assembled collection.
