Delivery Issues

30-Day Return Policy
Our commitment to you
We offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since you received your order, we are unfortunately unable to offer a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- In the same condition as when you received it
- Unworn and unused, with all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Your rights as an EU customer
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.
Your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with all original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
How and when you are refunded
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund to your account. When Can You Cancel?
Before your order is fulfilled
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled and dispatched. Once we receive your cancellation request, we will stop the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
To give yourself the best chance of a successful cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
After your order has been fulfilled
Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you are welcome to return the item once it arrives under our 30-day return policy.

The Colour
Pink — Soft, warm pink with a gentle, romantic quality. The small broken floral print in Pink reads as delicate and considered — the scattered flower pattern gives the surface a depth and movement that solid-colour bedding cannot achieve. Styling Notes
Making the bed — For a luxury finish, pull the fitted or flat sheet taut before placing the duvet cover. The small broken floral print reads best on a smooth, flat surface — the pattern and the wide-edge border are most visible and most considered when the fabric lies flat and undisturbed. Fold the top of the duvet cover back 30–35cm over the duvet insert and position the pillowcase/s at the head of the bed. The cotton pillowcase/s should be smooth and plump — use a well-filled pillow insert to maintain the shape.
Flat sheet vs fitted sheet — The flat sheet style gives the bed a more traditional, hotel-like presentation — the sheet is tucked in at the foot and sides, with the top folded back over the duvet. The fitted sheet style gives the bed a cleaner, more contemporary presentation — the sheet hugs the mattress on all sides, leaving the surface smooth and uninterrupted. Choose based on the look and the mattress depth.
The floral print — The small broken floral pattern is a scattered, all-over design — no repeat, no dominant motif, just a continuous field of small flowers. The print reads as romantic and refined in warm light, and as clean and considered in natural light. Keep surrounding textiles simple — plain white or cream throw pillows, no competing patterns. The Fleurette print is the statement.
Lighting — The cotton surface reads best in warm or natural light. Position the bed near a window or use warm-white directional lighting to bring out the full warmth of the pink and the delicacy of the floral print. Avoid cool or blue-toned lighting, which flattens the colour and reduces the romantic quality of the print.

Care Instructions
- Machine wash cold (35°C max) on a gentle cycle — do not soak in hot water, do not use bleach or fabric softener
- Tumble dry low or hang to dry in shade — avoid direct sunlight to preserve the floral print and colour depth
- Iron on low to medium heat as needed — the cotton fabric is wrinkle-resistant but may crease after washing
- Wash separately for the first wash to prevent colour transfer
- The pure cotton construction is fade, stain, shrink, and wrinkle resistant — the print and the wide-edge finish retain their quality through regular gentle washing

How to Measure Yourself
Bust / Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor and relaxed — not tight.
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the navel.
Hips
Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, approximately 20cm below the waist.
Foot Length
Stand on a flat surface and measure from the back of your heel to the tip of your longest toe in centimetres.
💡 Tip: If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit. All Millivan garments are cut to international sizing standards.
