30-Day Return Policy
Our commitment to you
We offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since you received your order, we are unfortunately unable to offer a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- In the same condition as when you received it
- Unworn and unused, with all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Your rights as an EU customer
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.
Your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with all original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
How and when you are refunded
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund to your account. When Can You Cancel?
Before your order is fulfilled
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled and dispatched. Once we receive your cancellation request, we will stop the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
To give yourself the best chance of a successful cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
After your order has been fulfilled
Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you are welcome to return the item once it arrives under our 30-day return policy.

The Cross Back
The cross-back strap is the defining feature of Le Bra Croisé — it distributes support across the upper back rather than concentrating it at the shoulder, reducing pressure points through extended wear. The cross construction also creates a graphic visual at the back that works as a standalone design detail — visible under sheer tops, open-back tanks, and racerback styles. A bra that performs from the front and presents from the back.
The Longline
The longline cut extends the bra below the natural bra line, creating a smooth, continuous line from chest to midriff that works with high-waisted bottoms. The nylon construction holds the longline shape through movement without riding up or losing its structure. Paired with high-waisted leggings, the longline creates a complete, coordinated activewear silhouette with no gap and no adjustment required.
The Detachable Pad
The detachable chest pad gives Le Bra Croisé its versatility — wear it in for full coverage and shape, or remove it for a lighter, more minimal feel. The pad is designed to sit flush with the cup without shifting through movement, and removes easily for washing.
The Colours
Black — The activewear constant. Works with every colourway and every session.
Cerulean Blue — A bright, clear blue that reads as energetic and considered. The most graphic of the blues.
Code Blue — A deeper, more composed blue. The blue for the sessions that require focus over flair.

How to Measure Yourself
Bust / Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor and relaxed — not tight.
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the navel.
Hips
Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, approximately 20cm below the waist.
Foot Length
Stand on a flat surface and measure from the back of your heel to the tip of your longest toe in centimetres.
💡 Tip: If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit. All Millivan garments are cut to international sizing standards.
